I made it to 95 pounds, but my thighs are still big, how can I just lose weight there?

From what I understand (reading shit on the Internet and taking crap from gym instructors), you can’t really lose weight from a certain area alone. You can target exercise your thighs, doing sets of lunges for example, but the weight loss has to be something general.

Of course, I could be dead wrong.
